Nutrition Therapy
it's about our relationship to food
We all have a story about food in our lives, and a unique relationship to food and body image. Unraveling, clarifying and honoring your story will give you the power to create new paths that fit your current vision.
Springwell offers nutritional therapy for people who wish extra support in nourishing and nurturing themselves. It can be invaluable for people with a history of disordered eating including dieting, anorexia, bulimia, compulsive overeating and orthorexia. The focus in these sessions is to go inside and discover support for your own nutritional truth and vision for health.
Mindful Eating Techniques
There is a growing body of research supporting the use of Mindful Eating Techniques as a powerful healing force for people struggling with disordered eating and body image. Springwell offers a 12 week Mindful Eating program, based on Donald Altman’s work, in which we teach 25 unique mindfulness skills that have been proven to bring back balance and peace in your relationship with food and your body.
