what’s involved…

When you book your appointment, you will be asked to complete a 3 - 5 day food record prior to coming to the session. The session will include both a complete assessment and a personalized nutrition plan for better health as follows:

  • identification of your nutrition/health goals
  • a review of your current eating habits (based on your completed food records)
  • your health history, schedule, and exercise routine
  • development of an individualized nutrition plan of action, including meal plans, that suits you and your lifestyle and paves the way to developing lifelong healthy eating habits
  • follow up sessions either in phone or in person can be scheduled for ongoing education and support.
