Springwell provides office consultations in Greater Vancouver and Vancouver Island.  In addition, we provide the convenience of phone, email and teleconference consultations and seminars.

FEE SCHEDULE:
Fees vary depending on the service or program.  For information on costs of our services or programs, please contact us.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Cash, cheque or PayPal. Fees are due before or at your first session. Credit cards are accepted on our website through PayPal. Click here to make payments by PayPal or by cheque.  All Springwell services are provided by registered dietitians and are tax deductible. Check your extended health plan, as an increasing number of plans provide coverage for registered dietitians.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly give us a minimum of 24 hours notice and we would be happy to accommodate you.   Missed appointments or last minute cancellations will be charged a full session fee.

SLIDING SCALE: 
Springwell is committed to providing accessible nutrition counselling and support.   There are a small number of spots available for people whose financial resources are limited at this time.   Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss confidential options.
